McShay also mentioned that some teams may want to move up from their second-round pick into the first to get an offensive tackle, since he doesn't think there will be any to take in the second. He thinks Max Iheanachor could be someone teams in need of an offensive tackle will want to trade up for at the end of the first round. He thinks Iheanachor is a lock to be picked in the first round. Maybe we can get a nice package of picks if Caleb Lomu is still there at #22. McShay believes 14 or 15 of the first-round picks will be offensive tackles and edge rushers.

Eisen and McShay also talked about the possibility of Ioane falling to the Chargers. They both seem to think Harbaugh is praying for that to happen. I would be thrilled with that, but we'll see what happens.
    It's almost impossible !
If it's the case, Sadiq will be there
    Take him or trade down

Teams trying to trade up into the 1st is the thing that is getting me excited. Could be an OT, could be for Simpson.

Simpson makes some sense because keeping him via a 5th year option makes some sense for teams.

If those don't pan out, there is a good chance it is because the IOL are not being taken, so maybe they slip through????

I think Nutty was deploying a generous dose of playfulness (sarcasm?) with his "baling wire and bubble gum" statement. But curious to let him speak for himself.

Just a guy who eats gaps. Hard to block one on one. Dude is so damn long. Not an accident he has five blocked kicks. Limited in the footwork and block shedding department, but the guy is just such a damn load. Every defense needs a guy like this to clog up lanes.

Would have been nice to see (@the Combine), he’s such a big dude that the movement skills really matter here. In fairness to him, he had foot surgery after the Combine, so hard to really put blame on him. Something he obviously played through this past year.

The bad news is we have some character concerns at play here. He was arrested for domestic violence and obstructing arrest charges in 2024. The prior year, he got hit with a DUI and felony fleeing charges. A nose tackle who probably weighs too much and also has character concerns? That right there puts a ceiling on how high you can take this player.
Zxavian Harris 2026 NFL Draft Profile - Vendetta Sports Media

Guy knows how to run routes. Gets open. Has a thick body and looks like a RB in the open field. He had just one drop in 2025 (1.5 percent drop rate) and only had four drops his entire career. Plays with real physicality. Versitle and can line up all over the place. Wouldn’t say he’s a crazy leaper, but he’s got sure hands and does his part in terms of blocking for real. There’s a smooth element to his game.

Also, Bernard was used frequently to spark the rushing attack. Had 35 carries for 181 yards and five touchdowns over the course of his career. Again. You’re cool giving this guy the ball and watching what happens after. Not sure he’s going to play real running back in the NFL, but it’s a variation option to have in your back pocket.

I have a second round grade on Germie Bernard. It’s weird because he’s like Deebo, but so much different at the same time. Like a variation off branch version who is more of a sure handed real receiver. Big fan. Top 5 receiver for me.
Germie Bernard 2026 NFL Draft Profile - Vendetta Sports Media

At the end of the day, he’s a classic three technique who causes chaos. On what scale? We’ll eventually find out. Undersized, but he’s got a gear up his ass. Really plus reaction time from him and tackles well.

Think he’s a solid pick anywhere in the second round who eventually plugs in as a really plus starter. Not going to be an elite piece that carries you, but you will be very happy about the contributions you’re getting.

I'll co-sign your declaration, but only under a few conditions:

            1. We acquire a guard via draft/FA opposite Strange that is in the general neighborhood of league average, right out of the gate, and who stays relatively healthy. (Just give me a top 30-45 NFL guard who can suit up and play, week after week, please)
            2. Slater is able to play 12-14 games with no worse than a full grade drop-off in ability, post-injury.
            3. Herbert doesn't encounter notable or multiplicity of injury
            4. The offense as a whole isn't riddled with injuries especially the dreaded long-term or season-ending variety.

Notice a theme? All four of my conditions are related to player health. Whether one believes in God, gods, random luck, or some entity driving our earthly simulation: We need gentle sunshine to fall on our Powder-Blue.

Eli Stowers won the John Mackey Award as the nation's best tight end in 2025, but according to NFL Media, some teams are evaluating him as a wide receiver in this year's class. He caught 62 passes for 769 yards and four touchdowns this past season and has outstanding size at 6-foot-3¾ and 239 pounds. If he does make the switch, a comparison to Marques Colston makes sense, as Colston did the same with the New Orleans Saints with great success.

I tell you what IF Germie Bernard is there at pick 55 it would be hard to pass him up! He definitely has the "IT" factor and could be dynamic in McDaniel's offense and definitely be a weapon for Herbert! He also could play on the outside easily. Really like the idea of what he could be here!

The two men are almost the same size, very very close, Jacas wearing black is an optical illusion, he's about the same size as Mack...Jacas is a Mack clone...
