And even if you feel speeding is no big deal, or driving with a suspended license is no big deal, or ignoring a citation is no big deal, you have to wonder that if he keeps getting caught all these times, how many other times has he been doing illegal things and not being caught?

There are a bunch of guys on this board who don't think any of those things are such a "big deal". They go by the name of Jackhole Sniffers.
Why wouldn't they arrest him? There's a warrant, and they would know exactly when and where he will be back in the state. I imagine the Broncos will make sure these legal issues are straightened out before he travels back here, otherwise, that would be great to see him frogmarched when the Bronco's plane lands.

Only because its just a traffic warrant.
Local sports radio guys want him traded. And so do a lot of Bronco fans
Lovedovey Valley, Co (AP) Denver Broncos President of Football Operations, John Elway, addressed the media today regarding embattled star linebacker , Von Miller. "Look, Von is a good kid. He is a good kid who made a few mistakes. Like doing illegal drugs multiple times, getting caught falsifying his urine sample, getting multiple traffic violations in multiple states and never showing up to court, driving on a suspended license, speeding, driving without a license. Broncos will handle this matter internally and you know our track record on stuff like this. But it's not like he got all tanked up and crashed into a parked police cruiser or anything. So let's just pretend none of this stuff ever happened."
I am all for gun ownership, but if there were ever a case when somone should not be able to own a firearm, it is Von Miller. I just cannot believe how little regard this guy has for the law or his own reputation. Or maybe he is just stupid?

Broncos should get their top team of the GM and assistant GM to look into this. Once they get some black coffee in them.

Von Miller doesn’t face league scrutiny for traffic violations
Posted by Mike Florio on September 12, 2013, 3:03 PM EDT
At some point in the past day or so, someone suggested or reported that Broncos linebacker Von Miller risks further punishment from the league for his recent traffic-related infractions, from citations to bench warrants arising from a failure to show up for traffic court.
Traffic violations, however, are generally not covered by the personal-conduct policy. While the league, we’re told, will monitor such situations, the NFL usually will take no action and have no comment.
In this specific case, it would be highly unusual for Miller’s traffic situation to exacerbate his ongoing suspension, given that the suspension arises under the substance-abuse policy, not the personal-conduct policy.
So while the repeated tales of Miller being pulled over and/or failing to show up to take care of the ensuing traffic tickets make him look careless, it’s not the kind of thing that will result in the NFL taking action against him
Wow...so there are even some people in Denver who think like I, and others, do about boneheads. Nice to hear.
I think a lot of that could be that they are pissed at him for being suspended for 6 games. After their first game they could be thinking they don't need him.

I'm sure they feel that Shuan Phillips will get his 24 sacks, the way some here do.
