Stroud went out with a concussion and was replaced by Davis Mills, that is the only reason the Broncos won. The Texans' defense stymied Nix and the Broncos' offense most of the game.

Raiders winning would have helped the Chargers

Jaguars would have been 4-4, with another AFC loss

Chiefs would have moved into the #7 spot with a Jags loss. Not sure, but the Texans might have moved past the Chiefs if they had.held off the Broncos.

I think you need to give it a bit longer. It's not whether he can play 7 games or so, it's can he hold up for an entire season. In 8 of 9 years as a Charger he played in at least 7 games. But only 3 times in 9 years did he last the entire season. So, Im giving him a 33percent chance to last all 17 games. I hope he does, cuz it sucks when players get hurt.
But I wouldn't bet on it.

The pundits have been licking his balls the past few weeks, going to be interesting what to see that they have to say after this game.

The Chiefs are 5-4, in 8th place. They have their bye next week, then @ Broncos, v Colts, @ Dallas, v Texans, v Chargers, @ Titans, v Broncos, @ Raiders.

Down 15-7 vs Texans
It's hard to imagine they can continue to live this way the rest of the year. At some point you think regression to the mean will occur and they will start dropping these games.

I noticed Bill's tight end Dalton Kinkaid had a big game against the Chiefs.

With their linebackers and safeties, KC seems vulnerable to tight ends, and Gadsen might just have a field day against them in December.
