4 quarters to win this. No turnovers by us snd i pretty much think its a win. Our D was #1 last year and is righ back at that level…Dart is going to be seeing headlights a lot. Our interior DL is our strength surprisingly compared to edge and has been collapsing pockets regularly…i expect Dart will be pushed off his spot a lot and INTs are going to be a factor if they do it.

Never an easy game but we are playing solid ball and NY isnt. I like our odds away here.

Lets go Bolts…4-0 is in reach.

If we don't give up easy TDs the Chargers will win. If the Giants are able to create big plays "alla Denver" then it turns into a toss up. We've had breakdowns
in the secondary in all three games. Gotta clean up that stuff.

QJ is averaging 17.1 yds per reception this season, the highest ypr since Guyton in 2020. Don't read more into what I posted than that.
28 catches for 18.3 ypc during one season: it could be said that the Chargers barely went to Guyton that season.
It amounted to 3 bombs, with teams focused on taking away KA & Mdub.

Who do you think teams worried more about getting deep on them in 2020, Gutyon or Mike Williams?

You prefer Guyton, and I prefer Mdub/QJ .... we'll leave it at that.

Please don't lecture me. I didn't say I prefer Guyton to anybody. I simply said he had a deep ball connection with Herbert unlike Herbert has had with any other WR. That is all I said, and it's true. And I said that QJ is starting to develop a deep ball connection with Herbert like what Herbert had with Guyton. That is true also. I want to be able to make a comment on this forum without other posters injecting their biases and misstating what I said in my comment. So please don't do it. Thank you.

It’s Los Angeles Chargers left tackle Joe Alt, the player selected one pick before the Giants made dynamic wide receiver Malik Nabers the sixth choice over a year ago. Alt will have his hands full with Burns, who’s “registered at least one sack in each of the first three games, but faces his toughest challenge yet this weekend,” according to Giants.com Managing Editor Matt Citak.

The latter believes Burns is in for a tough time because Alt’s “allowed a pressure on just 6.3 percent of his pass blocks this season, according to NGS, which is the fourth-lowest rate among left tackles with 50 or more pass block snaps.”

Now, aren't you the one getting a bit hot under the collar? .... take a deep breath there and let it out.

Does it really matter who is the better deep threat? I just happen to think the comparison greatly understates the abilities and talents of QJ ... but hey, maybe that's just me.

The Chargers defense give an average of 17 points per game
The Giants offense score 17 points a game
It will be a tie !

It's hard to be perfect but we're better than roughly 3/4 of NFL pass defenses. They're trying to improve.

Nothing that I said about Guyton undermines QJ, you keep injecting that into my comment, it's invalid, it happens a lot on this forum, and I don't like it. I made an objective and accurate statement about Herbert and Guyton and that is all.

It will definitely be a test for him as his first NFL start and that's probably putting it lightly. If he is a s calm and in control of the offense as he was in preseason that would be a great start.

I will say Russ refused to use the middle of the field so far this year which should be a huge boon for Dart along with his mobility.

Another note, Daboll ran a separate offense for Wilson than the plays for Dart, but im sure the Charges staff are well aware of this and will be prepared.

The last note, the D line is legit nasty for NY. They have 8 sacks so far but should be quite a bit higher, the had Dak and Mahomes dead to rights atlrast 8 more times that I can recall that they didn't quite wrap up. Carter has been doing some ILB due to a rash of injuries at the position but Thibs and Burns have been getting crazy pressure so far this year.

Anyway good luck tomorrow and hopefully its a great game with no injuries 🙏
Why can't we have some more nice trolls like this guy? And I see what u did with yer name there...clever...may the force be with...us...

Man I can't remember that game......gonna have fun rewatching its highlights.

NY has been susceptible to the run all year (last year as well).

My point wasn't that LAC would not still succeed if they give up pressure. It was that that is the one match up the Giants have in this game with a significant advantage and if they do have success and the game is close that will be the reason.
Interesting. We have guys on here who don't think your DL is any good because the sack numbers are low. Denver was a handful for us last week
