We have 9 guys on IR, 7 of them designated to return and we should get 1 or 2 next week and then more after that.

    That's all I care about.
Like I said I hope you get them back soon. I really believe you guys are close to being SB contenders.

I think under the rules there is a window each week where PS players are not protectable and can be signed by another team. Anyway, the Chargers have already elevated Kimani from the PS twice, they can't do it again without signing him to the roster, so assuming they want him to play against the Colts and Vikes (Thurs game), they will sign him to the roster today.

yes. on mondays (not factoring in MNF exceptions). the thought that you can consistently protect someone on the PS is not correct. there is an open window to poach a PS player every monday.

Congrats on the baby but the team played better with Fisk at FB. I think maybe he is just a more instictual blocker

Matlock tries - but Dissly and Fisk as primary blockers, Dissly as your second TE and Orande as TE1 in terms of receiving and Conkilin/Matlock can be healthy scratches every week unless they need to be cut for the roster

Yes, this was my interpretation after reading the rules, which say teams can protect up to four players starting on Tues each week, making every PS player poachable on Mon. Being the Chargers are going to play 2 games in 11 days which Hampton is going to miss and they need Vidal for, I'm assuming they have already signed him to the regular roster.

He and Conk can be healthy scratches - don't release them if you don't need too

But if you need too - so be it

Yep...Matlock still whiffs on a lot of blocks...better off to stay as D-line depth...nice try, Harbo, but I think the FB experiment is OVAH...

After having posted that, that appears to be fake news and doesn't seem to match what anyone else is posting. so I'll remove it. Here are the top/bottom 5 from the game:

Agreed! I know it was the worst run defense in the league, but Fisk played a better version of FB. Hopefully they give him a shot at a better ranked run D in Indy next week.
