Great win but we gave up 376 passing yards to Houston and 422 to Vick.....VICK! Take it how you want but we arent going to win many games doing that because this is one of the worst defenses we will face all year.

Yeah we won but the defense is a concern. We can ignore it today if you want but there is a game next week.

I didn't see Lessimore at all. Will be interesting to see our snap distribution. That said, I doubt we play in the nickel this much ever again.

lessimore had a concussiin when we traded for him. Dont know if he is ready to play. He was concussed in their last preseason game.

True, but Philly was only able to run it 20 times today for less than 100 yards. It's a passing league and we have a completely new secondary. Not many teams can do what Philly did today.

:lol: ok, fair enough. I should of waited for the first thread to go up. Sorry man. I just get frustrated by watching offenses go up and down the field on us and thats what has happened two weeks in a row.

I disagree that our D is awful. The Philly D, now that is awful. Playing on a short week, facing a new innovative offense, we did quite well IMO.

The big issue IMO, is that we really miss Steve Williams, we have no one to cover WR's with Jackson's speed. Our nickel position will be an issue all year.

LOL! I was gonna post the same thing. Rivers was 35/45 for almost 400 yards. Just about zero pressure.
