With it all in front of this team, they know what is needed to get to where they are going. Win out and win the division. Every teams first goal of the year. We have seen the change because of the different ways we are winning ball games. Let continue to ride this. We have been blessed to get a coach who breeds belief into every player on the roster and you can feel it too. Bolt up!!!

All the talk will be about that great Texans defense and how they shut us down in the playoffs last year. Our defense has some pride and will make their own statement. On offense we actually have some weapons this time. I'm looking for a better game from our guys this time around. We shall see

Denzel Perryman suspended 2 games for his hit yesterday? That is some high level BS. He's one of the keys to our run defense and this will hurt us against the Texans and Broncos. Fuck these NFL giys

First Tony Jefferson now this. They don’t really like us bullying other teams. This was Perryman’s first offense so it doesn’t make sense. This is not a Burfict helmet to helmet hit.

He had a 2 game suspension when with Houston, not his first offense

Maybe they can appeal and have it reduced to 1 game but suspension g players at this point of the season with meaningful games ahead feels like putting your fingers on the scale

This isn't his first suspension for the same offense. He was suspended when he was with Houston a few years ago.

First, it was a stupid play by Perryman. The guy was on the ground, - just touch him down. The penalty was totally legit

But if the first was a couple years ago and he hasn't had any this year -- why two games. Seems excessive

Better OL play, I think so. Enough better? As you say, we shall see.
In '24 we had no run game and were pretty helpless pass blocking. It won't be the same.

This was also the case before the Jags game . . . . . . . . . . but I don't think they'll faceplant twice like that in the same season. I like our chances, but not because of this, but more because we're at home and are the (marginally) better team, mostly because of Herbert.

That was last year though. I know Derwin got suspended one game on 2024 for the same thing but he had multiple of the same infraction that year. Maybe the rules got tighter
