From all reports he's been practicing. It just takes time to get that lateral movement ability back. If I remember correctly he also had a complicated ACL tear including the MCL or meniscus.

His issues has been with health. He wasn't healthy last year or the year before. Funny to see how much people on here love him since he was one of those AJ FA picks that showed us why we needed a new GM. I have to say, that Royal has been much more of a force than Woodhead. Woodhead seems to be pretty average to me and not an improvement over R. Brown. Perhaps he will get better as the year progresses.

When I was leaving the stadium during the Hochuli game in Denver in 2008, the fans were chanting, "Eddie! Eddie! Eddie!" At that point I never thought I would like him.

I'm so happy he's on our team now. I'm not sure what it was last year, but he's finally playing how he can with an elite quarterback.
