I wondered SF vs LAR. we pulled the ace on that one, SF at home and LAR “on the road” lol. Who shows up for a LAR vs LAC game? I’d guess more LAR fans due to season tickets but they are like LAC that a lot of ticket brokers own season tickets to sell every week. LAR vs SF always is bright red, I assume LAC vs SF would be the same but at least no travel.

When I scanned the 2025 schedule I noticed harder games mostly at home and easier games mostly on the road (on paper, etc etc). Looks somewhat opposite next year, or maybe just more even. I’m gonna recommend Joe improve the roster again this off season and give Jim and Co some more advantages on the field vs the schedule itself.

True that. We always guess schedule strength based on last year when we really don’t know what next will be. Chargers just need to take that third big step so it’s other teams staring at that Bolt on their schedule and thinking oh shit.

Oh, yea for sure. Just thought it was interesting.

Schedule release with the game dates is so much more important than just knowing the opponents, but even that is still just a guess on how hard the schedule will be, all because it's based on past data that has little to do with future player performance. Anyway, it does look like a tougher schedule for the out of conference games, but the AFCE is on a par with the AFCW, with a disaster team, a team in transition, and two teams that are playoff bound.
