I like Herbert vs SomeoneElse in gusty wind. This team should be fine in “feels like 30”.

The rain looks to be long gone by game time.

I think Harbaugh has proven he's "the shit" plenty of times in his coaching career, including with this team.
He's got a great resume no doubt and is getting paid based on that. The goal is championships. Plural. Not just getting to the playoffs. This team needs to win to get that albatross off its neck. Even McCoy and Lynn were able to at least do that. He came to a team with a franchise QB in place. True they were 5-12 lead by Easton Stick for the last 4-1/2 games but they had been to the playoffs the prior year. Time to take the next step

As long as no one pulls a Marlon McCree or a Nate Kading, we should be fine.

The next step is fixing personnel along the OL... plain and simple.
                  Protect the QB
                  Run the ball
                  Play great defense

That's a next year "we'll see" issue. Gotta roll with what they got. Next year there could be plenty of other issues.

Is there precedent for merging the pre-game discussion with the game day thread? You know my superstitions are gonna be going wild today.
