McDaniel needed to have more Brian Flores no-nonsense toughness. Helps put Harbaugh's grade in perspective, maybe players are were judging Jim more on his likability than his skill as a head coach. But when you are trying to exorcise Chargering from a team, a franchise, you're not going to win popularity contests.

What I got from that is,....Harbaugh getting a C+ from the players isn't so bad since they said you don't want a A+ lol. Means they think you are soft.

And also MM might be with us maybe more than 1 season as his persona isn't so great as a HC.

Did anybody watch this? We assume McDaniel chose the LAC because of Herbert, but it may be more because of Slater/Alt (and Hampton).
