Poll: How concerning is Jim Harbaugh's low report card score in your opinion?

Chargers players graded Harbaugh lower than every other head coach except for the Browns' Stefanski and the Giants' Daboll, both of whom were fired.

Yes, some Chargers players were clearly disgruntled. Tyler Conklin and Will Dissly reportedly were unhappy with being phased out of game plans. Becton was vocally unhappy about how he was being used.

But there are malcontents on every team, yet head coaches of teams who were much less successful and more dysfunctional than the Chargers got better grades from their players.

We haven't had a poll here for awhile, and I am curious how fans who frequent this board interpret the lower than expected grade. I've made this poll anonymous so nobody will be criticized for their opinion.

I'm not sure of my own vote, I waiver between somewhat concerning and very concerning.

Well after 10 votes it's split between not a concern and somewhat of a concern, skewing toward not a concern, with no votes for major concern. I voted somewhat of a concern.

It's very interesting.
Back to back 11 win seasons.I think he definitely gets the fans vote for now.They had a up hill fight but now the ball is in court.I thought winning was the bottom line.

I voted for Not a Concern, as Jim tenure is still a work in progress. We know about the history of the early years of his tenures as being pretty hard for players not expecting it.

I recommend doing a AI query about the purpose of the NFLPA survey and how it interprets the result for Jim, as it is pretty interesting. I used Grok and Co-Pilot which gave similar answers. The purpose of the survey is to help players that may be in Free Agency, and also to improve the working conditions for players. To the AI, because the grade is low, it is a concern, but not a crisis. His weakest areas was time efficiency with players (dead last), and receptiveness to feedback.

My 1 concern for Harbaugh which was revealed last 2 years and hopefully the fixed mindset is now open, was his approach to winning football and thus the short GRo tenure. I am extremely excited for an MM-empowered Herbert led offense.
