That's what I thought. But the NFL Stock Exchange guys mocked Safety Emmanuel McNeil-Warren to us at #22. NFL Network analyst Daniel Jeremiah compared Toledo safety Emmanuel McNeil-Warren to Derwin James Jr., highlighting similar high-energy, physical, and rangy play styles. Jeremiah, noting McNeil-Warren’s ability to act as a tone-setting box safety, has projected the prospect as a high first-round pick.

Right now we have five Safety's on the roster (Molden, Williamson, James, Jefferson and Mickens). And Jefferson is more of a part-time guy. McNeil-Warren has very good coverage skills. And he's an excellent tackler in the box. I'm warming up to this guy fast! I think two Derwin's are better than one. I'd be fine with this pick IF he and Derwin can be on the field at the same time. I don't know why they couldn't. That would be my only stipulation.

This safety would be nice but everybody knows, Edge, 2 more OL, and WR are much higher priorities as long as Hortiz sits on his do nothing ass in free agency.
