7: Nyck Harbor (South Carolina)

Poor man’s DK Metcalf. That’s what Harbor is right now. Last year, he improved, but is still very raw. Won a bunch of deep balls last year. Total freak in terms of just being a not real human. 6-foot-5 and runs faster than a gazelle, but can he actually become a real crafted WR? That’s the next step.

More graceful Isiah Pacheco. He’s got some of that angry running style stuff. Not sure he’s the fastest guy ever though. He catches the ball way better than Pacheco. It’s just the style I kinda saw when watching him. He was a quality back for NC State. What’s it going to look like after the move to Texas in the SEC with big boy competition every week? It’s no accident why the Longhorns wanted him, I’m just not sure just how high the pure ceiling is.

8: Mark Fletcher (Miami)

Thought we saw serious improvement out of Fletcher last year. The year prior he was behind Damien Martinez. Just felt like he was always going to be stuck in a committee. Got really hot during the playoff and took over this backfield. CharMar Brown and Jordan Lyle took a real back seat. Has a serious nose for the end zone. Pretty tall back, but he’s not a one trick pony either. This year is about keeping the momentum from last year.

6: Teitum Tuioti (Oregon)

Stock Report: Week 2, Week 5, Week 8, Week 11, Week 12, Week 14, College Football Playoff Quarterfinals

Tuioti proved last year he’s not just the other guy for Oregon. He’s damn good in his own right, and having his dad be the DL coach for Oregon probably helps. Guy just keeps getting better and better. Sack totals are up three straight years and is coming off of 9.5 this past season. Has a bit of a nose for the ball too with five pass deflections and two forced fumbles.

3: Matayo Uiagalelei (Oregon)

Stock Report: Week 2, Week 5, Week 12, Week 13, Week 14, College Football Playoff Quarterfinals

His brother, DJ, didn’t make it, but Matayo feels like a lock to be a productive NFL player. He completely torched Texas Tech last year. Has 16.5 sacks and four forced fumbles the last two years. Has real physicality element to his game. Super long and athletic. Should be a round one player.

2: A’Mauri Washington (Oregon)

Big boy nose tackle that makes life hell for opposing offenses. Simplest way to put it. Can play all three downs. Former four star guy with long arms and real power. Oregon has the best DL in the country, and it’s not close coming into this year.

4: Suntarine Perkins (Ole Miss)

Stock Report: Week 2, Week 5, Week 10, College Football Playoff First Round, College Football Playoff Quarterfinals

He’s more of a mike linebacker, but his best moments have been as a blitzer. 14.5 sacks the last two years for a 210 pound linebacker in the SEC isn’t nothing. Big check mark in the physicality standpoint. Former five star guy that has continued to improve year over year.

3: Raylen Wilson (Georgia)

Stock Report: Week 1, Week 3, Week 5, Week 7, Week 11

Georgia hasn’t had any problems producing middle linebacker talent in the NFL. Wilson would have been a high pick this past cycle if he declared. Kinda similar to Jaylen Walker, but more of a stand up version. Insane athlete, and I guarantee he rips off a stupid 40 time in a good way.

4: Keon Sabb (Alabama)

Stock Report: 2025 Week 1, Week 3, Week 8, 2026 Week 1, Week 6

Older player who has been around the block now, but he’s been a producer for a long time. Was an impact guy as a freshman at Michigan. The last two years at Bama, he’s been a factor too. Has real ball skills and not afraid to get his nose dirty. Could have easily declared and will probably show out this year as a senior.

5: Kelley Jones (Mississippi State)

Stock Report: N/A

Only allowed seven receptions all year in 2025. 6-foot-4 and super lanky. Teams didn’t even try to throw the ball to his side of the field last year. Will they try to challenge him more this year? Kamario Taylor will need to give them the lead more often for that to maybe happen.

4: Jermaine Mathews (Ohio State)

Stock Report: Week 1, Week 7, Week 13, Week 14

Was ridiculous in the opening game against Texas last year. Not the biggest guy, but he was awesome last year. This year he establishes himself as a top end guy for the Buckeyes.

3: Brett Norfleet (Missouri)

Best blocking tight end in America. Straight facts, you can hold me to that. 6-foot-6 and scored five touchdowns last year too, with horrific QB play. Not going to be a guy who stretches the field, but is super reliable in what he does.

prototypical gazelle, desired X receiver, in theory has size to take on/block SS/TEs, and even some LB/EDs, avg'd 20+ YPC, runs 22+ mph, stresses defenses over the top, may even have some shake/lateral ability as route runner, drop rate is concerning, 'specially w/the golden god @the helm, needs work w/route tree and catch point efficiency/reliability, field stretcher, likely going to be overdrafted given his size/speed combo and measurables/metrics, explodes off LOS, true deep threat, blocking receiver, and handles his biz in traffic, not a technician, rounds off his routes, basket catcher, Malcolm Floyd/Vincent Jackson development curve/projection, vertical threat, straight line speed, contested catch rate below avg, nothing crafty 'bout his technique, will scry that his NFL ceiling is 50 balls for 1k yards/20 YPC, Chargers don't need volume receiver w/McConks on board

if he's still there round three for us, think he makes alotta sense, as Harbaugh values a blocking WR, and as Herb & Co. will benefit @least in theory, and not to mention B4K 'n Jack 'n Co. having long insisted that a true X wideout is our missing link on O, and Harbor is a safe bet for that, and given that we don't need his production right off the bat, given that he can block some, and free up Tre Harris for more receiving opportunities.... makes a ton of sense for us, and checks a box that many feel is long overdue.... almost a must draft.

Jermaine Mathews Jr

haven't done the research in a coupla few years, and.... some call 5'11" 190 lbs small, and if you take a deep dive, that is the prototypical size for an All Pro CB.

sub 4.4 forty, excels in zone/off man, good anticipation skills, can play outside/boundary, slot/nickel, and blitz as well, not a plus in run defense, can be vulnerable against deep speed, good closing speed, oily hips, technique can be coached up

Teitum Tuioti

has desired production/measurables for the position, more technician than speed rusher, relentless, not just a pass rusher, can set the edge, consistent tackler, dependable run defender, should provide good draft value, safe gambit/projection, little bit of boy howdy to him and may need to mature a bit more regarding NFL intangibles, does not miss on too very many tackle opportunities, avg speed/height, first step/explosion not elite, could be better fit for the LAC than Uiagalelei, an ED3 for us

Daylan Hollywood Smothers

strong in wide zone schemes, excels in space/one cut plays, and as RAC threat, projects as rotational starter, avg against Notre Dame and pretty much eliminated against Miami, lacks physicality, especially between tackles, featherweight build limits him as a situational back, capable pass catcher, explosive in space, day three gambit that needs some development, flyweight without lethal breakaway speed, slippery/squirts thru tackle attempts, Ekleresque in terms of potential slot receiving production, durability concerns could plague him, pass pro is close to nonexistent

Mark Fletcher

produced in prime time, postseason games, against best competition, makes hay after contact, durable, Najee Harris compare, provides desired physicality w/big game production, north/south downhill runner, Derrick Henryesque @times, the tape is in the bag, dude produces when it matters the most, know McUltra covets his scatbacks, and.... personally would prefer to see Najee 2.0 back there w/OH.... just sayin'

Keon Sabb

downhill SS w/desired physicality, STs ++, prolly not a single high guy, screen stopper/run defender, high pad level sometimes limits change of direction skills, mental focus in question in some corners, has some stiffness in space, played for Harbaugh @Michigan, albeit am wary of perhaps a suspect mindset here, noted for his spatial awareness, bit of an SAF/LB hybrid @times, lacks deep/closing speed, there is something eye like about his intangibles, albeit just seems he needs to be rounded into an NFL professional, and lose any laissez faire he might have, me suspex more a solid than stand out defender, personally wouldn't consider him 'til day three, and preferably round five, as don't want to spend my comp pick on just a decent addition
