Chargers fan from Scotland!

Hi Guys

So i think i may hold the world record amongst any Chargers fan with the worst start 0-5 plus 0-1 in pre season since becoming a fan.

i travelled to California a few months ago for a business trip which we also got a nice amount of down time. The Orange County area down to San Diego might be my favourite place in the world. Such a beautiful place and great people.

anyway, we took in a game at SoFi which was the Chargers vs Rams. We decided to root for the Chargers because they were the home team so bought jerseys and hats. Thats us now hooked and fans.

sadly watching every game so far has been disappointing, but win or loose we are sticking with this team.

its difficult trying to root for a team where you have no connection to a city. But we fell in love with the place and are already saving up to come back with the family. Ive always liked the Chargers since the LT days back in San Diego.

anyway, hopefully we get a win soon, or Jeremiah Smith might be a possibility.

haha to be honest the main reason i chose them was because i absolutely loved OC and San Diego and will come back in the future. With so much hate and division in the world i saw so many people from different backgrounds living together and getting on. Its a place i can bring my family back for a vacation.

and i always had a soft spot for the team when LT was on the team

Welcome, my brother from another isle! Our namesake lineage traces to Ireland but my father always told people we were Scottish. I use "mac" in monikers sometimes - such as here "dmac". In reality our surname is "Mc". I'd often tell pretty gals I've got a fifth of scotch in me to see if their upstairs light bulb was on - the ones that laughed were potential keepers.

Its unfortunate you climbed on the wagon just as it careened into a ditch but fear not - they'll right the rig and get it back on the road someday.
