It doesn't take into account down and distance. Any of these are flawed

I would say that more than down and distance, a sack should be weighted on how close the game is. A sack in a 3 point game is bigger than when the game is already a 20 point blowout.

When looked over a season, it really doesn't. Still better than "sacks"
if your pass rush doesn't disrupt the other team on 3rd & 10, 3rd & 18, 4th & 29 etc.. it matters re: getting pressure/sacks when you really need them to get off the field.

I don't see why that's not clearly missing from those stats
