me too. The team was totally outmanned on defense, on the road with an early start against a good running team, and continued to lose players during the game (including sarting left side of OL) and was still in it to the end. Looking at 3 games so far, generated leads against all 3 that were supposed to beat us (including 2 10AM starts on the road) and were competitive in all 3 with 1 win to show for it. STILL haven't seen our starting ILB in a game yet and Gilchrist is only a placeholder for Taylor. Once Taylor takes over, it helps both S and CB spots and you don't see a street FA CB in there on the last drive for the game like yesterday.

I think he's done some decent things with the offense. On the negative I still wonder if he has an actual plan on what he wants to do, he seems to throw stuff out there to see what sticks at times to me. I also didn't like the shot of him smiling when Rivers got his PF call today.

Remember when he was hired the guy came in with Binders full of stuff...knew what he wanted to do for training camp meals, had travel plans established for east coast trips, etc, etc, etc...

Doesn't seem to really be the kind of guy who is "making stuff up as he goes".

Den, you make a fair point about when the action is live...but he's not calling the plays. Whiz is. I'm not saying he doesn't decide whether to go for it or not, and those type of things...but the playcalling is up to Whisenhunt.
