Let's talk about Vincent Brown

Getting back to V. Brown, I was hoping for some big things this season, but a disappointment so far. Plenty of time to turn it around, but he doesn't appear to be getting open much.

As someone that isnt at games, only seeing it on TV, Id agree. It seems he isn't getting any separation

Not sure what you are trying to say here but I said nothing about benching him. I believe I said the opposite in fact.

why did you need to preface your comment by mentioning a blown assignment if you are in favor of involving him more in the offense? Based on your negative ourlook on everything this team has done since replacing NOrv and AJ, I assumed you were being critical/sarcastic regarding my suggestion Green should be more involved in the offense. Thus my snarky reply.

You have to make note that he is still learning as a blocker since he plays TE. A missed assignment on offense can make for a bad day for Rivers.

Green missing a block doesn't mean a bad day for Manning, Brady or any other QB in the league not named Rivers, CBJ or Sorenson.

Give Brown some time, he barely played as rookie, then missed a year, now he's in a totally new offense that may not cater to his developed skills as much. I'd give him half a season to adjust before I worry.

He's not making mistakes. And it's not that he doesn't understand the offense. He can't shake coverage.
