Reminds me of VJ, in play, off field problems, and being a pretty smart guy despite it.

A bit smaller, faster, more fluid and better hands, but has the same general role. Probably would work well with Rivers.

Gordon is extremely talented. Unfortunately, he is an extremely talented kid with an apparent drug problem and off the field issues. He was suspended by two college teams for drugs and behavior. Browns took him in second round supplmental anyway. He said all the right things, played pretty well as a rookie on a terrible team. Then this summer, he went back to drugs (or maybe he never left and just got caught) and also got in trouble for speeding and some other minor, but troubling things. He does not fit the mold of what Telesco says he wants. I see no way Bolts trade for him.

Banner (Browns head man) and Lombardi (his lap dog and nimcompoop) seem to want to purge the team of all young, talented players that Heckert added, whether they are troubled or no.

Only for the right price being in Ohio I see Gordon play this dude is a very fluid athelete he is a difference maker. The issue is his character, he has said all the right things about doing the right things, but it is a wait and see if he truly has matured. With that being said Cleveland got him for 2nd round pick, if we can get him for a 4th round for him I do it. Floyd has never made it through a 16 game season and 32 years old. Even though Rivers has shown he can work with any reciever I say if we can get him for a 4th I do it, or package Floyd & a 6th.

For a fourth, I'd do it in a heartbeat. If he screws up, you can cut your losses fairly easily.
