We have 53 on the active roster. The PS is completely separate and can only practice with the team. A team needs to cut someone from the active 53 man roster if it wants to add someone from the PS.

46 players are active on game day (from the 53 man roster).

I like Keiser. He certainly won't wow you with his speed or athleticism but he works hard and makes plays. Hope he's given a chance to prove it.
