No way. Shitli is not even in the top 5 in sacks per pass attempt. He was only sacked once today and still threw 3 INTs to give him a league leading 12 on the season versus only 8 TD passes. I didn't run his QB rating for the season, but it was an anemic 69.1 going into today and it went down.

Shitli is the most overrated player in the history of the NFL.

Im always one who says it is a team game and the QB gets too much of the credit and too much of the blame. Eli has never been as good a QB as Rivers and their career stats show as much but he has two rings and thats all everyboy will ever say comparing the two.

So far counting today, Eli has 8 TDs and 12 INTs.

In both of his SB wins, he threw passes late in each game that could/should have been intercepted and made him a goat. To his credit, he did bounce back and lead the team to wins (with the help of some incredible plays). But he isn't nearly good enough to carry a mediocre to bad team on his shoulders.
