The Phalanx offence.

For this offence we need 8 oline two RB who could aslo be olinemen and a QB. At the snap all the oline are tight as posible and in unison push forward down the down field with both RBs and QB tight behind the center and OGs. Should a hole open the QB hands off to a RB who darts through the whole to space and its off to the races. If not the phalanx marches forward all in formation for as many yards as posible.

When the defence adjusts you use the tall OL playing TE and WR as posession recievers. Let them walk five yards out and use their bodies to shield the defenders with your RBs out wide to streach the field.

Anyone got info on Remmers? I'm at the point of just hoping we can add to some decent younger players to take into next seasons camp. I'm not really down on the team, two other division teams appear too far ahead for us to catch. So it is what it is.

At least Becton looked OK on Sunday. He has some decent tools, could be a pretty good linemen down road. And yes, I am at the stage of rooting for PS players.

You have to be able to field 46/game. With all of our injuries, we're finding it difficult to even do that.

Well the draft and FA are a long ways off. Scrap heap free agents and poaching the practice squads of other teams is all we can do. I choose to hope some of these guys will turn out to decent players.

I personally hope Dunlap gets better soon so we don't need the scrap heap.
