Good morning. Congratulations to San Diego Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers and wife Tiffany, who had their seventh child this morning, a girl, according to Kevin Acee of U-T San Diego.

That makes five girls and two boys for the couple. Baby No. 7 for the Rivers' family came well past the Oct. 17 due date. Rivers said this is the first time the couple did not find out the sex of their child beforehand.

After already birthing 6 I don't think Mrs Rivers needs C-sections. She probably doesn't even need any medical professionals. She could birth the child herself and just carry on with her day.
