best wishes to Fox, but is this a break for the Chargers? KC has been getting backup QBs all year. Now we get a backup HC coming off their bye. If it is DelRio subbing for Fox- he sucked as a HC in JAX and it will take away from his game day duties as DC. He may also try to put his own spin on the game plan to get positive pub for another shot at a HC gig.

On the other hand, the team could rally in support of Fox and win anyways like Indy did for Arians last year when Pagano went out for cancer treatment.
