So far MM seems to be the very definition of "rookie" head coach. He has his team playing over their collective heads, but he is more than capable of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. For example in the Washington game I believe it was a case of over thinking the situation and trying to be to cute. Brought the team all the way back but couldn't seal the deal. The important thing is that he has to learn from these mistakes.

A good head coach has to win the games he's supposed to win. If we're favored "The Real McCoy" needs to come away with the win...period.
