Bears waived RB Jeremy Langford. Wouldn't mind picking him up for a look. Good speed guy.

Looks like Schoefield is at least a good backup guy that can sub in tackle or guard and maybe can start at RG for us as I dont know if Wiggins or Feeney are currently cutting the mustard there. He is cheap and has vet experience but he isnt old. I actually think its a positive pickup...not an all pro but it improves us on paper...plus some current intel from a guy who wanted out of Denver doesnt hurt.
Magee wasnt impressing....another Carolina DB cant be worse than Mager as a backup

My list:
LB- Justin March-Lillard
OG- Dorian Johnson
OT- Dillon Gordon
LB- Shilique Calhoun
LB- Latroy Lewis
OG- Willie Beavers
LB- Scooby Wright
RB- Alex Collins
WR- Travis Rudolph
TE- Billy Brown
look forward to us not getting any of them.
I remember some of the draft boards had us picking Beavers.... Wright too, I think. I saw that the Vikings also cut that German WR Moritz Bohringer, who I mainly remember because he was the player drafted right after the Chargers took Kaser... and I was like, damn ESPN, shut up about him, and tell me about this Punter!

I found the waiver claims list. 44 taken, NE had the most taken (4), and BUF, NYJ, JAX, LAC, NO, ARI had none taken.
IND, CLE, and JAX had the most claims (5 each). 14 teams were not awarded claims.

Bills waived RB Jonathan Williams.
Williams dealt with a few injuries during the preseason, but he was healthy for the finale and fully expected to open the season as the No. 2 back behind LeSean McCoy. Buffalo seemed to be planning for this move, however, keeping six backs on their initial roster. With Williams gone, FB Mike Tolbert looks like McCoy's primary backup. Shady should get as much work as he can handle. Sep 3 - 1:4

Ekeler might be a gem. Had great production in college but has the size curse. Definitely a Sproles type that can run it or catch it on screens....perfect as a third down type back esp since he seemed willing to take on blocks in protection. Green but getting him reps might really turn him into a solid contributor.
i forget if he returns punts?
