I think we hit 80 today in raleigh area. We were drenched in rain....must have had a few inches today alone....so much for my grass seed and straw.....i cant win on my sloped yard!

Supposed to hit mid 80s this week with afternoon thunder storms...typ nc weather. Too much rain!

102 yesterday, when my AC unit died; fan went metal on metal and blew motor and everything apart ... paid $358 so far and another $900-1200 still to come, parts on order, and don't know when they we get here maybe by Friday, maybe not.
