There are two different statistics being displayed, one for the THREAD and one for the FORUM. It's 7:55 AM and I see 16 people browsing this THREAD. When I back out to the main page, there are 116 people browsing this FORUM.

Everything seems fine to me.

you are correct. I was viewing only thread numbers. right now still shows 12 (7 members, 5 guests) in this thread and 117 users of the Forum.

if people are logged in on their computer and it's open in a tab, or maybe logged in on their phone, that can bloat the numbers i'd think. if say microsoft had an update and they had to do a restart all around the same time that could have logged them out, stuff like that could cause a drop maybe? i'm not sure, those are my guesses.
