A couple of days old, but the Texans now have lost any real advantage in the HC race. They and the Lions are waiting for Whisenhunt to interview, and hopefully, waiting for a long time. O'Brien's agent maybe putting out the rumors also, to put pressure on other teams to interview him, much like the situation with Chip Kelly.

I'm so glad there's no off season drama with Chargers... the Norv years are behind us.

Whiz won't interview anywhere til the chargers are out...from what I gather.

      Keep Winning Chargers!
"...of course that's just my opinion, I could be wrong."

I don't think he's allowed until the bye week before the Super Bowl anyway, so long as the Chargers keep winning there will be no worries.

Chud was the OC at Carolina after Rivera hired him. Steve Smith was the one that was complaining about his lack of production when Chud was there, as Chud was polishing his resume with other parts of the game. Take that for what its worth.

Yeah that article makes it seem like Mike Shula is a much better Head Coaching candidate than Whiz (go with me here fellas, some NFL guy might read this and buy into what I'm writing). Shula was able to turn around a pathetic Carolina offense while Whiz had everything already set in place here in SD (Hall of Fame QB and TE, for one).
                Prediction:
                Correct: Chargers CI fails miserably.
Fail: Team stays in San Diego until their lease runs out in 2020. (without getting new deal done by then) .
Sig Bet WIN: The Chargers will file for relocation on January 15.
