Lets just hope someone puts his feet to the fire and get him some help. Regardless of how his football career ends, the guy has some other talents. It would be a huge shame for him to have all of his talents fall by the wayside.

I hope he gets the help he needs. It is a tough condition.

From the article, he is on medication and in therapy. The hardest part is the acceptance of the condition by his family, friends and co-workers, but now at least they know, and won't come back at him with the "get happy" card, and will be able to take action if they see signs of a problem.

Glad to hear that he is seeking help for it, and also that he came forward...this is a problem that LOVES isolation.

Also a subtle reminder (or maybe not so subtle) to all of us fans, that these are real people. Which is one reason why I try not to "pile on" players (or coaches)... and I fully admit, that I don't always succeed in this.

"...of course that's just my opinion, I could be wrong."
