Welker out this week after 2nd concussion in 4 weeks

On yet another routine play up the middle, Wes Welker was hit by Bernard Pollard which bent his neck bent awkwardly and caused his 2nd concussion of the season.

For clarity, there is no league rule/policy stating Wes Welker can't play Thursday. He won't play. Not after 2nd concussion in 4 wks.

He was a non factor in our last game... In fact he had brick hands on one 3rd down that somewhat kept us in the game.

He was likely a non factor because they wanted to take him away. I'll take all the help we can get vs. the Donkeys. They need to bracket D. Thomas and hope Butler/Te'o can hold Julius Thomas down without safety help.

Yea Decker will be an issue lol. And that is exactly why we need more weapons on offense. Brown doesn't scare anyone...at all.

We haven't been able to cover anyone else this season. Why does it matter if we can't cover Decker? Or the Thomases? The key to beating Denver is the same as it was to beating Philly: limit the number of possessions their offense has by dominating the time of possession and making each of our possessions count.
