yep, all that is totally understandable. Chargers management may have also told him they saw Ingram, JJ, and English (contract year, gotta squeeze whatever they can out of the former 1st rounder) getting the majority of snaps at OLB and they would be looking at him primarily for depth. Once Dumerville was gone from Denver the opportunity for PT and sticking it to the Chargers probably made up his mind.
