Very minor, but when uploading my avatar, it said the upload failed, but it actually worked. I didn't realize it worked until I went back to control panel and saw it in there.

I saw the same thing, but when I updated the avatar the second time, no warning, and the newer avatar was posted.

I can not see the rep button on my phone. Minor I know but I thought I would document it for later.

We will get to it. I had the same problem. Once i uploaded it to imgur it worked.

I set up a temporary directory for uploading & tested a few times without error. My guess is that I didn't have read/write enabled on the directory. Hope that solves the issue.
