Jeez, I was thinking about DVRing it, but if it's just a big cryfest, I dunno...
It's worth watching.
What I took from it was Marty would probably be considered one of the greatest coaches in the NFL if he ever was willing to work alongside someone. It was all about him controlling his environment

I didnt see it that way. AJ looked more the problem in this than Marty did as far as them two are concerned. Marty had his way and it worked. He liked to have things detailed and he liked to teach. Even Bruce Smith said after a while that it clicked what he was doing. Old school guys like him and Darryl Green didnt like the hard practices...cant blame them but Marty got results.
One of the most telling parts is where Marty is mic'd up when deciding to go for it on 4th and 11 against the Patriots.
"You're on the 30 yard line, coach. You can't make a field goal from right here?"
Also, I still enjoyed the Marty years here a lot but seeing his history now, maybe there was a reason he couldn't get along with AJ.
Yeah that was a bad decision but you also saw him telling players during the game that if they got an INT at the end to just go down. I guess McCree wasnt listening.
