Didn't score, but racked up 144 yards, and set things up so the team could do a lot of good things today.

Can't argue with that at all. He played balls to the wall today with a bad ankle and was the difference when we needed it most. Hope we sign him long-term.

He Sucked it up alright!

I am just in shock we pulled it off. I take my hat off to KC as they have a very solid team. Daniels is a gamer at QB. They were doing just enough in the first half to exploit our D. The long pass withe the tough catch in the first series was clutch.

Hats off to Mccoy for pulling our heads out of our asses in the second half. D made some stops and O came alive. I wanted more passing with short routes but Matthews and woody pounded it well anyway.

Glad its over. For weeks i put it into the back of my mind as a "no way" scenario we would make it in. Just crazy the dominos fell our way.

Cincy will be a good matchup. We can hang with them on offense. I hope Pagano game plans the fuck out of them like we do for Manning. Our D has to play with serious heart and our O has to be aggressive this time. Get it done Rivers.

I would have signed him long term regardless....I never question whether he belonged here, just his role on the team.

Matthews was pretty clutch today. I'm just scared he may not be 100% or even close to it next week. I hope we get a Sunday game.

I am sure i will be met with some opposition/ridicule on this, but i think we missed Phillips today. He's been there for 15 games, creating continuity, and then you have to replace him with Green, who is not a strong blocker. The blocking seemed to improve the in 2nd half, but i think not having him hurt (especially early).

Whiz and McCoy might need to find some new wrinkles with Green or work Byrne is somehow to help the O line.

Mathews was big. That reverse to Royal was also a great play call. KC had been over pursuing in the middle of the game, and making them keep contain opened up the running game. Good timing.

Bigger problem was going away from our strength. All year we use the short passing game, and we start out today with the chuck and suck offense. We used longer developing routes and the line couldn't hold up.

Well, no, not now... but for 3 1/2 hours I was. Sheesh...
