A lot of people ripped McCoy including me, and rightfully so, for looking so flat against a team playing 20 backups.

But they found a way to win. That's what matters. They live to fight another day.

All that conservative talk is hopefully put to rest. That's called doing what you have to do to win. This is not a perfect club. It's got a lot of deficiencies, but they have shaken the Norvism. And that's a giant leap forward. This team (in terms of talent) is not as good as its record. But it's shown a ton of resiliency and character.

Falling flat against Oakland and a scrub KC team has me concerned, but there is no denying this team can and will fight to the bitter end.

I am one that thinks the team coming out flat is not on the coach at all. If the players can't get up for a win and in game then then that is on them 100%. The coach shouldn't be a scapegoat for everything IMO.

Man, I didn't think we could make the playoffs in a million years with this defense. Never happier to be dead ass wrong. Kudos to Telesco and McCoy for leading this team to the playoffs. The fake punt call by McCoy makes me proud to have him as my team's coach. He put us over the top when our players needed a little push. In other words, he was/is the polar opposite of that anchor known as Norv Turner.

(Of course, now I am hearing that it was Weddle's call, but still, the organization has done well to reach the playoffs this year.)

I still find it ridiculous we made it in. Soooooooooooo many things had to happen for us to get in. Just insane. It wasn't pretty, but then again there are no extra points given for style.
