I'm pretty sure the NFL banned alternate uniforms in the playoffs last year or the year before. It will be white tops, blue pants until the Super Bowl, where the AFC is the home team.

Is all white an alternate? I think white pants are an option we always have regardless as to the Jersey. Powda's I thought were our alternate.

I'm under the impression that white/blue is the official road uniform. Maybe alternates refers to jersey only.

I'm not sure. I always felt like rain/snow affected the defense more as the pass rush and DBs lost footing and speed. Unless its super windy it shouldn't affect the throws too much.

Not sure id call that rellevent. Ban all comedy movies the night before as well? They can still be serious at game time. Id rather they not be all wound up and play loose.
