Playing the NFC west sucks. We could potentially lose to all four teams.

3 trips to the Eastern time zone. 7 games against 2013 playoff teams. At first glance, it looks like a tough sched.

At first glance, that is a brutal division to play. But things tend to change pretty drastically year to year. Who would have thought the AFC West would have 3 playoff teams in it?

I think we got a little lucky with the home and aways. Seattle and St Louis are completely different teams away from their home confines. And we travel to places like Miami, Arizona and Buffalo that are not known for being dominant or intimidating environments to play in.

NFC West is probably saying... damn! In the end, within the division, it's placement that matters, as they play common games otherwise. This season KC played the 4th place schedule, with Buffalo and Cleveland on the schedule, going 2-0, while the Chargers got Miami and Cincy, going 0-2. For next season, much rather play Ravens and Jax, vs. Steelers and Titans.

We had 6 trips to the Eastern time zone this year, and we also played 7 games vs 2013 playoff teams. We went 5-2 against them.
