I think Newsome makes the roster and Jackson goes on PS. I cant see Bosa even suiting up as he hasnt even practiced for a couple weeks other than 3rd field workouts.

I like Jackson and Cantrell on the PS. Bring them back with experience for year 2. And I doubt anybody steals them since they've never seen them play as a pro.

Henry isn't yet ruled out for the season, but certain to go to the IR. They don't need to 'designate for return'. It seems like we won't see Justin Jackson or Cantrell in pre-season, maybe they go to the PS, they won't be of help to any other team this season.
