The one thing I fear in this game is if Hunt gets going and it wears our D down. But I think their D sucks so we should score.

The Chargers greatest margin of victory over the Andy Reid led Chiefs has been only 3 points... and the Chargers overall record against Andy Reid is 3-10 (with one of the victories coming in week 17 against the backup QB).

If we win, I have a feeling the Chargers still find a way to make it suspenseful and close!

Our D is better on paper. Our O is better on paper. To me it will all come down to turnovers. Its what has killed us against them. Good news is provided our DBs don't let Hunts speed get the better of them I think we stand a good chance of picking off some balls as the rook QB has not been terribly accurate and will have some nerves especially if we can get him off balance with some pressure (noted Bosa may be not in the picture). If we can run the ball on these guys which I think we will be able to I think we can pull this out if we hold onto the ball.

I do think our offense will exploit their extremely new DB core....if they can't get Rivers on the run he is going to tear them apart. I think we will get some nice big plays off that D.

Pouncy is going to make a huge difference in our ability to run and in protecting Rivers. Someone posted in one of the threads that on 5 of the 6 interceptions Rivers had against KC last year he was getting hit. They won't get the free runs up the middle at him like years past.

I know the Chiefs have owned the Chargers, but their D is not good and they are starting a rookie QB. Even with Bosa out they will still be able to put pressure on him. With the Chargers getting an early lead Mahomes makes a couple of TO'S
