I don't understand Eddie Lacy making 2nd team at all. Good RB, but not one of top 4 in NFL, not yet at least.
    1) Jason Verrett (CB) TCU
    2) Demarcus Lawrence (OLB) Boise St
    3) Will Sutton (DT) Arizona St
    4) Jarvis Landry (WR) LSU
    5) John Urschel (OC) Penn St
    6) Shamar Stephen (DT) UConn
    7) Brock Coyle (ILB) Montana

I think Lacy was better but it's close. More TD and Mathews would've made it.

Maybe it was the TD's. Mathews ran for more yards and had a better rushing average, but Lacy was getting a ton of press and did a bit more in the passing game, although neither was huge there. Mathews really came on during the winning streak.

I think Lacy with more yards, TDs and first downs really did it for him. If Woodhead was used less Mathews would probably take it.

Forte should have had it over both of them. He had more rush yards (161 more), more total yards (498 more), more total TD's (1 more), higher yards per rush (.5 higher) and more 1st downs (13 more) than Lacy.

I agree, Forte was a beast. They probably gave it to Lacy since the Packers snuck into the playoffs but I don't feel he deserved it as much.

I always liked Tolbert, I wish we had held on to him. He would have fit in well with Mathews and Woodhead in this offense. Plus he can play a little FB.

Mathews, Tolbert, Woodhead....now that's a hydra!! In hind site that's ideal, but at the start of season I felt like Vazquez was the one that got away.

I wouldn't want Tolbert back unless he's learned to block and not fumble.

He's an All Pro Fullback. He must be a great blocker.
