I was addicted to games. I have so many old systems in the basement. But I think it was just the competition aspect. NHL, Fighting games, Goldeneye. I want to like it but I haven't found the right game.

Goldeneye was epic on the 64. Loved Turok. I grew up playing D&D so when games like Ultima came out i really dove in. RPGs were addicting.

we have some beers together here and there for sure, but no gaming. not sure ol dave could handle that! i still play here and there a few hours a week, and probably only drink a few drinks a week. more watch movies/read/listen to music and podcasts now in my down time.

ya, no joke. that pretty much was why i had moved on. the realization of how silly it/i was. participating in that with a goof and a couple trolls. liked a lot of the conversations, both personal and football. that's why i clicked onto this when chargersman suggested it.

i was confident it would be that way, with you part of running it. seems pretty cool so far. it's very nice to see people have still kept it going after such a long time, it all feels very familiar and nice.

Yea i would say that most fans of an NFL team would just give up when the team sucks. Ive seen it happen on every Charger forum. But this community supports no matter what. The love always grows in support of the team. We get pissed but one thing remains the same....and thats an undying support for this team. Thats why i love the community here. We stay together through the good and the bad. The core stays together.
