I studied Justin Jackson for two years, and thought he was coming out last year.

I believe his running style will translate well to the NFL.

There is this subtle juke move he has.

JJ had four years of production, sometimes with little help.

A lot of scouts had him ~ round 4.

So do I. Since we didn't see much of Jackson, it seemed obvious that Newsome would be on the 53. I hope he doesn't get poached, or he signs with another PS.

jump cut in the 2018 draft class. He has really good hands, football IQ, and is a solid pass protector. Be great if Detrez clears waivers and we can continue to develop him on the PS.

Why there is low mileage.
Talent level aside, JJ is a different RB than Detrez.

Interesting....given that we have only seen one guy perform in a regular season, and that as a complementary piece and not a #1 back. I think our next lead back is in college right now.

I doubt if we offer MGIII a contract after 2019. He is going to want 10mil/yr and we have too many other players to resign. RBs can be replaced easier than Bosa, Henry, etc.
