Now there is only one. Reid is technically not a rookie HC, but he is new with his team. Way to go McCoy!
Winning this game accomplishes a lot, aside from the obvious:
1. Establishes credibility for McCoy and the McCoy way. This helps with hiring assistants, getting player buy in, signing free agents.
2. Playoff experience for the young guys on the team.
3. Validates the moves made by Spanos in cleaning house. Maybe he learns from this.
4. Makes for a very positive, upbeat off season. Don't underestimate that. A lot easier to put in the work when you believe in the end result.
5. Establishes credibility for Telesco. How many Telesco moves have paid off with starters or key role players? (Fluker, Teo, Allen, Woodhead, Walker, Addai, Marshall, Rinehardt, Dunlap, Ornberger, Keiser) That's a pretty good haul, even with the Cox mistake.

Don't know how I gave this the thumbs down icon. Sorry guys. Unintentional.
