The kicking looked better? I guess because we only missed one extra point and a fg instead of 2 extra points and a fg?
Well, to be fair... they were both really close, and the FG was longer than the missed one last week. That's what I meant by better... they weren't like "holy crap he shanked it" the second it left the foot.
Yes, still work to do there. Obviously.
"...of course that's just my opinion, I could be wrong."
I also think the FG kicking looked better. Have to look at the whole thing, not just number made and missed, like evaluating QB based on just completion percentage. Other than that Xtra point and that slight left missed 48 yds FG where he kind of rushed due to fast pressure from the right side (poor blocking), his other kicks were perfect, right to the middle, not just barely made it to the top corner. The ball looked good. He looked more comfortable and more in controlled on those kicks. The extra point missed were really bad. The 48-yds FG not so much, he was never a great kicker or anything in PHI, just serviceable. Those middle of the pack kickers whenever they attempt long FG you just hope for the best.
Having said that, I'm not against we're looking and trying out available kickers who can consistently make extra points and short range FG. Keep 2 kickers for kickoff if necessary. We need to make the extra points and the short range FG automatically.
I hope u guys are joking. Sturgis has 0 confidence right now. kickers are flaky and when they go cold or get the yips....time to move on and do so now before it costs us a W this season. Because it will if we do not. Just my .02
Arguyo has failed in the past because he flaked out and lost his confidence. Is it worth taking a chance he is over that vs. keeping a kicker who we know is flaking out and has lost his confidence?

Okung seems very close. He was a game time decision and they had him warming up before the game before deciding to hold him out. Lynn said last week that Barksdale was coming along faster than expected - but who knows what that means.
