It's a shame Lebron went to the Heat in the fashion he did. Even though Wade and Bosh are/were all-stars, they aren't nearly the supporting cast they were three years ago. Lebron is simply the best and most dominant player of his generation. He would have been winning championships on his own, with any cast, had he been patient. Any legend he does create will be tarnished by this I think. It's so unfortunate because what we're watching with Lebron right now is some of the best basketball an individual has ever played.

LeBron is simply amazing. You don't have to like him. But I think he takes way too much crap.
Sit back and enjoy one of the greatest ever. He's tremendous.
Congrats to the Spurs on a great season, great playoff run, and I'm very impressed with Kawhi, he's a great young player."...of course that's just my opinion, I could be wrong."

You can't tarnish his legacy he took Game 7 by the throat and made it his, this year and last(against the Celtics) and soundly beat the Thunder.
I totally agree, he has excelled and demonstrated without a shadow of a doubt he is head and shoulders above every other NBA player right now. This game 7 may be his best clutch performance, up there with the 45/15 game against Boston a year or two ago. But, people are gonna peg him with that asterisk of winning titles with a pre-constructed super team instead of on his own, which he just demonstrated he is capable of now, just not five years ago.
I hope he sheds these names at some point and proves it.

LeBron is the best in the game right now, no freaking doubt about it. You just knew he was going to take over at the end and he did. Hats off to him, that whole free agent spectacle he created leaving Cleveland is so far in the rear view mirror now, that will not be remembered but his talent sure will be. And he is just starting to really hit his stride.

Its tough to cheer for the Heat, because the odds are so stacked in their favor with LeBron. Nothing wrong with him, he's a good citizen, and representative for the game, and a fantastic player that you want to have, but its hard for me to put him into the category of the icons of the game...why, I don't know. But he did take over when it counted in the last two games. Maybe I'm getting to where I'm telling kids to get off my lawn.
