Russell Wilson's ability to run and extend plays is what makes their offense go. Their defense is good, but they have played a schedule weaker than ours we both lost against the Rams, but Seattle has played, Broncos, Raiders, Cardinals, Lions, Cowboys and Bears outside of the Lions the other offense's they went against are less than average.

They've really relied on the running game in the past few wins.

I think they are going to continue to do so, and like the Titans, try to methodically move the ball and keep the Bolts offense on the sideline.

I watched the Seattle - Detroit game and the Seahawks completely controlled that entire game. It looked like the Seahawks of 4 or 5 years ago.

It will be interesting to see where Gordon & White land on the injury report. White is what this defense needs to control Wilson. Gordon is valuable in churning out yards after contact. We need both of those players back
