Who/which has far exceeded your expectations?

For me:

WR Allen - I hope him to be good but never imagine a 1000-yard rookie season from him!!!

OL - with the injuries that we have, it is amazing that they manage to keep Rivers in one piece! (If I were Spanos, I'd give coach D some awards!!)

The team - I did not expect a playoff but they got us 1 playoff win!!!

Note:

Rivers did not - since I expected him to come back to form after Norv gone...

The number of win - I believe we will have 2 more by having Norv gone - addition by subtraction!
