                Yes, it is obvious that the Bronco fan was deliberately trying to start something by his actions. He's lucky that he didn't take an even worse beating when he went down and was surrounded. And then the bonehead went back for seconds after the group surrounding him on the ground had gone away. He was definitely begging for whatever he got.
