Speaking of which, I just purchased a Weber gas grill to go with my Weber smoker. Also purchased a Digi-Q controller for the smoker (so I can do overnight smokes, pork butts, briskets etc).

As a fellow grilling enthusiast, NICE!

I'm pretty happy with my outdoor kitchen right now. I will be framing in a counter top with storage underneath at some point. Tile on the exterior with cedar plank for the interior (keep the bugs and spiders at bay), thinking stainless for the doors to match the stainless on my grills. Have to have a regular gas grill for steaks (grill has a sear station), burgers and hotdogs but for anything else I use the smoker. Wont be cooking for a couple of weeks (schedule is full) but I plan on doing a couple of turkeys for some friends and business acquaintances, maybe for the Saturday after the 4th. A neighbor is from Scotland and he wants to do a scotch tasting and my fiberglass fabricator is a scotch guy.
